Everyone is commenting on how high the gas prices are, both in person and in social media, but unfortunately there is not much we can do to lower the price at the pumps. You may not have thought, when you purchased your moonbounce for sale, that you would have to worry about how the rising gas prices would affect your business. Unfortunately, the moonbounce rental business is a service industry business, which means that you need to travel in order to take care of your clients.

What Should You Do?

How far you’re going to have to travel on a regular basis depends on the type of area you live in. Those who live in rural areas will likely have to travel further more regularly than those who live in urban areas. Those who live in urban areas, however, often have to deal with a lot of stop and go traffic which can be painful on the gas tank as well. So how do you handle rising gas prices without taking the costs out on your customers?

There are a few things that you can do. First, you can raise your prices a little. Raising the price of your unit even $10-$20 will help to take the sting out of filling up your gas tank, and generally this amount is not something that will scare off most customers. Another thing you can do is to purchase a gas friendly vehicle.
