5 tips to keep your inflatable water slide running
-When you are setting up your water slide, leave enough space on either side of the slide so that it will not bump into any fixtures when you inflate it. Also, make sure there is enough space so that air can flow freely around the slide.
-As the day passes, hot air will build up inside your inflatable water slide. To avoid a buildup of unwanted air pressure, take time out in the afternoon to release this hot air.
-To get the right bounce in your inflatable slide, make sure to stop inflating it when the sides feel rigid. If you inflate it too much, the slide will feel stiff and uncomfortable to jump on; too little, it won’t bounce at all.
-To keep your inflatable clean, wash it with mild soap and water. Do not use any oil-based or chlorinated solutions on the surface as they can prompt mildew and mold build-up. When you store it away, make sure that it is completely dry and well-rinsed. Once dry, you can spray the surface with antimicrobial preservatives so that it stays clean and germ-free in storage.
-When packing up your water slide, make sure to roll it up and tuck away other gear in a safe place. Make sure your storage space is clean, too, so that you don’t puncture the slide when you plan to use it again in the future.

Here are some essential tips to follow when using an inflatable water slide. These tips will help ensure the safety of your clients.
-Make sure to remind your clients about the weight restrictions for each inflatable slide. They may think these restrictions are suggestions and let anyone go on the slide, but these weight restrictions are for safety reasons, so everyone must follow them. If they insist on letting everyone enjoy the slide, it’s best to recommend another option with a larger weight restriction.
-When you’re using an inflatable water slide, keep any sharp objects away from it. If a sharp object pierces the slide, it could damage the slide and compromise your safety on it. So, make sure you keep sharp objects away from the slide before you set it up. Also, let renters know they should watch their kids while they’re playing on the slide to make sure they don’t bring something sharp into the area with them.
-It’s important to note that an inflatable water slide is different from a bounce house. Bounce houses are designed to hold more weight and are often filled with foam and other materials that cushion falls. And it’s important to emphasize to your clients that jumping is not allowed as it can compromise the safety of the people using it.
-Don’t over-inflate the waterslide. An over-inflated slide increases the risk of accidents. Think of the inflatable water slide as a balloon. When there’s too much air inside, it may end up exploding. So, it’s essential to take note of the pressure valve. If the pressure valve is releasing air, this is an indication to stop pumping.
